This challenging and beautiful route leads to the Zugspitze region in the Ammergau Alps. Starting at the Unterammergau parking lot, a mountain tour of superlatives awaits sporty hikers. A section of the route leads through the Schleifmühlenklamm gorge, which brings the history of the ancestors to life, when people worked hard to earn their living here with whetstones! All this in a beautiful natural setting between the Oberammergau and Unterammergau Alps.
