The start is at the Pflegersee car park. Overall, the gradients are moderate. The paths are partly stony and overgrown, later the path becomes very narrow. With a bit of luck, the path will be prepared in winter, but it is not an official winter hiking path. There are also a few exposed spots, so surefootedness and some snow hiking experience are recommended. However, the hike is also suitable for the summer months.
