Best trails near Reichentalloch

Idyllic hike near Hirschbach Bavaria. Starting in Hirschbach, the trail leads through the lovely Reichental valley. The easy route leads past snake spruces, over the Kohlberg to Loch. Parts of the route take you along field and meadow paths and eventually even past a viewing tower, although this is private property. Next to the tower is a great view over the Hirschbach. Briefly left on the tar road, then right over field and meadow paths to the tower (private property - but next to the tower there is a wonderful view of Hirschbach). Over a stony path at the church back to Hirschbach. Marking: white 1 on a green background

With No. 1 past the tower - continue with yellow line. Short unmarked route. Then with Grünkreuz via Grünreuth to Hartenstein. Magnificent (rewarding!) view from Hirtenberg. With a red dot to Großmeinfeld. Through the Reichental (No. 1) comfortably to Hirschbach. Alternating markings. Refreshment possibility: -Grünreuth (closed on Mondays), -hard stone, -Hirschbach (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)

With a green line through the Reichental, past the snake spruce u. the wind hole. Later with number 3 to Artelshofen. Back with the green cross over Vorra to Fischbrunn. With yellow line back. Abbreviations: from Vorra with the yellow cross back to Hirschbach (13.4 km). Worthwhile detour: just before Artélshofen above the Falkenberg hut on a ridge to the Artelshofer Platte with a bench. Magnificent views of the Pegnitztal and Hohenstein Castle. Refreshments: Artelshofen, Vorra, Fischbrunn,...

With a yellow cross on the Vorra mountain. Magnificent view of the rocks. Now (right) on the Korbmachersteig with red dot to Großmeinfeld. Through the lovely Reichental with No. 1 comfortably back to Hirschbach Marking: yellow cross to Vorraer Berg. Refreshment stop: Hirschbach (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays);

A demanding round with beautiful views and past rock formations. Accessible by bus and train. There are places to stop for a break.

Through the Reichental via Großmeinfeld to Artelshofen. Shortly before the Falkenberghütte on a ridge without any markings to the Artelshofer Platte with a bench. Magnificent views of the Pegnitz Valley and Hohenstein Castle. With no. 3, later green line to the Korbmachersteig (red point). On the Vorraer Berg with the yellow cross down to Hirschbach. Changing markings. Refreshments: Großmeinfeld (currently closed!), Artelshofen, Hirschbach.
