Certified premium hiking trail in the Swabian Alb, Baden-Württemberg This loop, rich in natural and cultural-historical attractions, is a certified premium hiking trail. The starting point can be either the hiking car park at the Schützenhaus Tailfingen or the Schafhaus hiking car park. The route follows narrow paths along the edge of the steep slope to marvelous vantage points. But there is no need to always look into the distance to discover interesting things: sand holes, exciting rock...

This is a relatively long loop around the town of Tailfingen (and others like Onstmettingen and Pfeffingen). It explores the fields, forests, hills and towns of the area, going in and out of different environments. It also passes various local mountain peaks, including the Hornau and the Kornberg, both of which are almost 900 meters high. Due to the length of the trail, the best way to do it is by bike.
