The Grunewald is a forest area of around 3000 hectares in the west of Berlin. It runs east of the Havel and is a popular day trip destination for many Berliners. In addition to the Teufelsberg, the Grunwald Tower and the Lindwerder islands are particularly worth seeing.

Some of the trails are not clearly marked, so it’s helpful to use a map for navigation.
