This is a beautiful walk through Warby-Ovens National Park in northern Victoria, just outside Wangaratta. Visitors will be met with lovely views from the Kwat Kwat lookout and gorgeous varied scenery as you navigate this unique track.
This looped route begins and ends from Shanley Street, on the park's edge. The trail itself is well-signposted and easy to navigate.

This is an awesome trail within Warby-Ovens National Park in north eastern Victoria. A great option if you're heading down to Melbourne and looking for something to break up the journey.
Located not too far out of Wangaratta, this trail begins near the Taminick Gap Picnic Area. It's a good quality walking trail that's nice and wide and well sign posted too. There are enough ups and downs to keep it interesting. A great area for wildlife and birds.

A nice short day walk loop near Wangaratta South, Victoria
This is well marked trail with gentle ascents and descents over often rocky terrain. It also links together with the Quarry Lookout which has views and old machinery.
There are subtle changes in vegetation along the way. And you can see gorgeous wildflowers and a sea of green in October.

A ripper of a trail located not too far west of Wangaratta in Victoria. This one has a bit of everything! There's a bit of rock hopping to get to the end, great waterfalls, beautiful bird and lots of wildflowers!
Some sections are a bit tricky but all worth it in the end. You can park at the end of Shanley Street and walk from there.

This route takes you to a lookout over the Jubilee Golf course with spectacular views over the Wangaratta floodplain and over to Mt Buffalo. It also takes you through some exceptional grass tree habitats. To avoid spreading fungus rot to the fragile grass trees, don't go near them, don't go off track, and wash dirt off your shoes before you start the route.

Start on the Ridge track and turn down Casuarina track that will take you to Moonlight track at back of Bailey's winery. Turn left onto Moonlight track and you'll end up back on Ridge track, them turn right to head up to Mt Glenrowan then finish by walking all way back down Ridge track to where you started.

A nice short walk to Pine Gully Waterfall in Warby-Ovens National Park near Wangaratta, Victoria.
The track begins at Pine Gully Picnic Area where there are picnic tables and toilets. The path then takes the Pine Gully Nature Walk to the Pine Gully Waterfall viewing platform. The path is well sign-posted with some rocky steps and some lovely views.
