#419 of 638 national parks

Twelve Apostles Marine National Park is located on the south-west coast of Victoria on land of the Giraiwurung Traditional Owners. The park mostly consists of ocean waters and also encompasses part of the continent coast, including the Twelve Apostles rock stacks it was named after and the surrounding coastal scrub grassland and woodland vegetation of the Warrnambool Plains. In spring time you’ll encounter some colourful blooms of wildflowers and will likely be greeted by vibrant birdlife year-round. The trails are limited, but a panoramic hike on the Great Ocean Walk over the cliffs is well worth it for the views.
