A loop walk in the Greater Bendigo National Park, located near Bendigo, in central Victoria. This route does a loop through the east-west corner of the park. The trail is well maintained, and heads up to the tower on the hill and has nice views over the rest of the park and surrounding area. It circles through bush filled Box and Iron bark trees and in spring you can see the wattle flowering and wildflowers.

The trail itself is mostly along fire management trails with a few sections that can be a bit overgrown. The trail is shared by hikers and mountain bikers.

There are no amenities found along this trail so make sure to bring anything you'll need for the trip. You can find toilets and picnic areas close by near the No. 7 Reservoir.

This is a peaceful trail through the Greater Bendigo National Park, the path is not too hilly making it ideal for walkers and runners.
The park is home to some beautiful native bushland and our much loved furry friends, kangaroos and wallabies. The northern section of the trail adjacent to Strathdale provides a stunning introduction into the wildflowers in this area.
The route starts at the edge of the park on Butcher Street where you should find some parking.

This route will lead you to the Old Tom Mine, be careful when approaching any old and abandoned mine shafts and don't stand near to the edge.
