This short walk, on the land of the Miriwoong people, is near Baines, Northern Territory.
The trail is easy, wide and sandy at first. After entering the gorge, it becomes narrow and you have to step on, over and around rocks on the trail. At the end of the trail is an Aboriginal sacred site with rock paintings. The site was used by the people for shelter during the wet season.
The vegetation along the walk is quite varied with many Boab trees and Kapok bushes. The walk is well worth doing...
