Morton National Park is located in the Southern Highlands, South Coast and Illawarra regions of New South Wales on ruin land. Its landscape sits on a flat plateau that is crisscrossed by steep gorges, forests, eucalypt forests and waterfalls with Fitzroy Falls and Belmore Falls being the most popular. Flora and fauna in the area include yellow-tailed black cockatoos, kookaburras, satin bowerbirds, green catbird, lyrebirds, swamp wallabies, gliders, bush rat, long-nosed potoroos, black sheoaks, blueberry ash and grass trees.
