Best bike touring trails in Kochel

Promising road bike route in the Bavarian Prealps. A pure road circuit between Kochelsee and Walchensee. The bike tour starts at the power plant in Kochel and first leads over the Kesselbergsattel. Then the picturesque Walchensee is circumnavigated. An entertaining bike tour where you have to overcome a few meters in altitude. Great views and nice rest areas are the reward for this effort. This route follows the first stage of the Marvin Route and connects Lake Kochel with Seefeld. From Lake Kochel, the trail first continues toward Lake Walchen, linking two large pre-Alpine lakes in the opening part of the stage. Beyond the lake, the landscape gradually begins to change.
