From the train station you go across the market square, past the castle ("Schiefermuseum" and "Spielspielkasten") into Eichhornsgasse, where the ascent begins.
A detour to the "Felsenhäuschen" and enjoy the view of the city. Then steadily uphill to the "Aussicht Pump". A wonderful view rewards the effort.
