Wonderful walk on Sylt.
It goes to the classic on the North Sea island: from Westerland to Kampen always along the west beach. Start is at the train station. It goes north directly to the beach, past many restaurants, the beach gallery and shops, into the imposing dune landscape. The path leads to the well-known Uwe Dune in the midst of the unique environment. Located in Kampen, the 52 meter high dune is the highest in Sylt and offers - once at the top - wonderful views of the island. Some distance from Camping Wenningstedt, the path leads comfortably, past Nordwaldchen and Friedrichshain, back to Westerland.
