The historic town of Rockenhausen is the starting point for the fourth stage of the certified quality trail "Pfälzer Höhenweg". There is a lot of history to experience on the hike through the extensive, panoramic hilly landscapes, including museums, a Roman villa near the route and some castle ruins. After almost 20 km the hike ends in the tranquil town of Obermoschel.
