Promising circular hike in the Palatinate Forest, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The car can be parked in Hahnenbachstrasse in Gräfenhausen to start the hike. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. From there it goes uphill on idyllic forest paths around the Mittelberg to the Krappenfelsen, which offers a great view. From there it goes on to the Jungpfalzhütte, which is open for refreshments at the weekend. Strengthened, the path leads to the Kehrenkopf with great views and finally in a northerly direction to the Almersberg and the beautiful vantage point. From there go through the forest back to the starting point.
