Stage 4 of the "Sintfeld-Höhenweg" long-distance hiking trail, North Rhine-Westphalia.
A varied loop in the southern Paderborn region - that is the approximately 145 km long Sintfeld Höhenweg. The fourth stage of the Sintfeld-Höhenweg starts in Herbram and ends in Blankenrode. At almost 28 km, this is the longest section of the long-distance hiking trail, but also one of the most beautiful: Far away from settlements, it goes over the Eggekamm, from where there are magnificent views of the sea of rocks and - from the popular "Bierbaums Nagel" observation tower - even to the Kassel Wilhelmshöhe.
At the end of the stage there is a place to stay overnight.
