Herne- Castrop Rauxel

The starting point is the Gysenberg in Herne, e.g. the parking lot at the ice rink. Through the forest of the Gysenbergpark uphill, over the Bövinghauser Hellweg north past BO-Gerthe, behind the twin water towers downhill towards Castrop, shortly before Merklinde right, past horse farms towards DO-Bövinghausen, through residential areas and past the train station to the Zollern colliery, shortly afterwards on dirt roads down into Dellwigtal, then north over Brandheide to Castrop-Frohlinde, past the golf course and through the forest to the old cemetery of Bodelschwingh Castle, over things and Dorloh to the Deininghauser Bach, through the "Grutholz" forest. Past the hospital, Europaplatz and indoor swimming pool into the next forest (Bladenhorst), via Holthausen and Lange Straße back to Gysenberg
