This circular hiking trail leads across meadows and through forests, past small rivers and great vantage points. It goes through the romantic Sorpe Valley and over the Hunau, where the primeval forests of tomorrow await. The circular hiking trail begins at the “Großes Bildchen” hiking car park and follows the markings of a white H on a blue background.
On the route is the old forester's lodge Rehsiepen, a beautiful monument. At the saddle arch, the path meets the Sauerland Höhenflug (marked by a white H on a yellow background), which leads high up to the Hunau ridge with the mighty Bödefeld telecommunications tower.
