The Mühlenweg in the Wiehengebirge stretches over a distance of almost 100 km through the Osnabrücker Land, the Wiehengebirge and the Teutoburg Forest. The third stage of the Mühlenweg starts in Engter and ends after around 20 km in Venne. Once again, culture-loving hikers get their money's worth: In addition to the almost obligatory mills, some imposing castles await. The highest point of the hike is the 155 m high Kalkrieser Berg, also known as the Schmittenhöhe. There are restaurants along the way.
