This marvellous hike begins in Oberhaverbeck. From here, it leads to three prominent elevations in the Lüneburg Heath: the Suhorn, the Wümmeberg and the Tütsberg. This loop is particularly beautiful between the beginning of August and mid-September, when the heath is in bloom. At this time of year, it can get very crowded here, especially at weekends.
The start is at the Oberhaverbeck car park, which is subject to a charge. A bus runs here, so it is also possible to get here by public transport (bus stop "Oberhaverbeck, Ortsmitte"). There is also a bistro with WC here.
