On this hike, you can discover how the power of water has shaped the Allgäu landscape. The trail leads through a hilly pre-Alpine landscape to the Hasenreuth and Scheidegg waterfalls. Both cascade over rock faces made of Nagelfluh, a rock that is characteristic of the region. The route runs partly through narrow, moss-covered ravines and partly across open meadows with views of the surrounding area and shows the nature of the West Allgäu from its original side.
The trail is partly designed as a forest adventure trail with stations for children.
