Less well-known than its neighbor Wallberg, but no less enchanting is the landscape around the Setzberg. However, the Setzberg is not accessible by cable car and does not have a panoramic restaurant. However, this makes the summit all the more attractive for an ascent. Hidden paths lead uphill through beautiful mountain forest. On the way back, there are several places to stop for refreshments, including the Wallberghaus. At the end, the route follows the Weißach river back to Kreuth.
