This classic hike near Lake Tegernsee takes you up Munich's local mountain, the Hirschberg. The Hirschberghaus is open every day and almost all year round (see tips for more information), so you a relaxing break can be taken after one half of the hike. On the way there are always great views of the Karwendel, the Zugspitze and the Roßstein and Buchstein.
