Panoramic summit hike on Lake Tegersee, Bavaria.
Always with the popular Tegernsee in view, five peaks are visited along the circular route. Uphill from the parking lot, forest and meadow paths lead up to the tree-free heights of the Riederstein. The small neo-Gothic chapel on the Riederstein is a special historical attraction. With a bit of stamina, the trail continues steadily uphill to the Rohrkopf and finally to the highest point of the hike - the Baumgartenschneid. Take the same route back to the Riederstein. The way back finally turns off in the direction of the Berggasthof Riederstein refreshment stop and leads back via Kleintegernseer Berg and Pfliegeleck.
