The rest of the way to the elbow (Eisenacher house) on a tarred road. From the elbow the Hochrhöner hiking trail via Frankenheim to the border triangle. Dreiländereck to Hillenberg paved road. From here to Roth gravel forest path. Short tarred route to the junction to the Silver Lake. From here soft forest floor. Continue on the gravel and tarred path towards the Thuringian hut. From here gravel path back to Urspringen (fire station).
