This beautiful hike starts at the parking lot and leads via Ravennasäge to Hinterzarten. Continuing along the Löffeltalweg trail, the route soon climbs through the Ravenna viaduct to the Ravenna gorge, a narrow side valley of the Höllental. This section runs along a beautiful hiking trail that playfully follows the river. Around every bend, it is possible to catch a glimpse of a beautiful waterfall. The path climbs quite steeply and the natural surroundings offer plenty of variety.
Another loop through idyllic forest leads further uphill to the Piketfelsen rock with beautiful views. Without any major highlights, the route returns to the starting point.
