Best trails near Kursächsische Postmeilensäule

Stage 6 of the long-distance hiking trail "Sächsischer Weinwanderweg", Saxony. This is the sixth and final stage of the varied Saxon Wine Trail. Left Elbe section of the Elbe Cycle Route between Belgern and Meißen. This section begins with small villages and wide agriculture. At the right time of year there are many fruit trees that invite you to nibble along the way. From Riesa the route then follows the Elbe and the first vineyards come into view. This route runs on the left side of the Elbe. A ride on the eastern side (right bank) is also possible.
