The cycling / hiking route begins in Wehrheimer Mitte (town hall / tourist information), which can be reached from the train station via Bahnhofstrasse. The tour goes past the swimming pool, through the Bizzenbachtal, towards Kapersburg. At the ammunition depot, the path leads along the Wehrheimer Bahn to the junction for the Winterstein car park.
