Loop in the Spreewald biosphere reserve in the state of Brandenburg. From Köthen with its lake of the same name, the route of the Dahme Umflutkanal leads to Leibsch and on to the edge of the forest to Groß Wasserburg. The last part goes from there on forest paths to the Swan Lake and then back to Köthen. You pass the 144-meter-high Wehlaberg, which is in the middle of the forest and has a lookout tower. Start and finish is "Schlepzig" at the free parking lot (2015) at the fish ponds. All parking spaces in the village are now chargeable. Now you can expect a nice bike tour that leads partly through forest, over fields and meadow paths where a MTB or cross bike is better.
