Best trails near Rampoldplatte

This hike to the Rampoldplatte is essentially the same as hiking trail no.9, only in reverse order and with a few small differences. Course: Brannenburg, Sagbruck car park, above Lechen -> a short distance up towards Schuhbräualm -> immediately after the first bridge turn left into path no.6 -> slightly downhill, later turn right, path no.9 -> right steeply uphill, past the Breitenberghaus -> through the forest to the Lechner-Alm -> do not turn right there (path no. 9), but straight ahead...

Demanding loop near Fischbachau, Bavaria. This loop leads through the picturesque mountain world to the east of Fischbachau in the Wendelstein group. It passes several idyllic alpine pastures and several wonderful views of the surrounding mountain peaks. Alpine foothills and the Chiemgau Alps can be seen from the Hochsalwand. This hiking trail is very long and has a strenuous summit crossing. For the most part, the route contains well-traveled paths, with secured passages on the Hochsalwand and the Wendelstein summit. The view through the Jenbachtal makes it clear that the Wendelstein is the largest peak here. Its rocky, distinctive summit towers above all the wooded heights and is accordingly popular with hikers as a tour destination, despite the cogwheel and cable car.
