The relaxed hike begins near the Schopfheim Schlattholz train station - so you can easily arrive by train and then travel on from here. Near the meadow (which isn't a meadow but a river) head west. Cross the river at the forest car park and follow the Unterer Wiesenhaldenweg. At Langenau you follow the country road back across the meadow and return to the starting point on the same section.
