Anyone who has just arrived in Schopfheim by train can also start from the train station. The path leads along the meadow for a good stretch. This is crossed at the forest car park and then it goes up into the forest and along paths that run parallel to the small meadow. It then goes through Langenau back to the meadow and follows the path back to the starting point.
