Accompanied by beautiful views, it goes through the Maintal, the Wildbachtal and the Boxtal. After a short ascent, the path leads through the Freudenberg Forest and then down to the stage destination Freudenberg am Main. From the Mainanlage it goes over the cattle path to the Kreuzschleife, past the Seebrünnle and the Freudenburg and over the Maintal cycle path back to the starting point. The waymark is a white "1" with an "F" in a circle.
