Best hard trails in Lower Oder Valley National Park
The Lower Oder Valley National Park is a special highlight at any time of year, but a trip to the national park is particularly worthwhile in late summer and fall when the cranes migrate over the area. Cyclists will also find the Oder-Neisse long-distance cycle path very interesting, which leads right through the unspoiled landscape of the Lower Oder Valley.

- 5.0 (4)·Hard·31.1 mi·Est. 10–11 hrBike tour along the Oder polder area and the Hohensaatener-Friedrichsthaler waterway. Start in Hohenwutzen, parking space available, direction Schwedt on the Oderdeich through Hohensaaten to the Oder, now turn left through the polder area to the HFW and back south past the towns of Stützkow, Alt Galow, Stolpe, Stolzenhagen and Lunow, here again to Or drive and then back to Hohenwutzen.

Facilities
The visitor center in Criewen is open from April to October between 9 am and 7 pm. From November to March, the opening hours are reduced to 10 am to 5 pm. There are 13 exhibition areas providing information about nature in the national park.
