- 4.8 (76)·Moderate·32 mi·Est. 12.5–13.5 hrA nice route for racing bikes out of Munich. The majority of the route leads over very well paved roads in the forest or in the Isar floodplains (motor vehicles are not allowed to drive here). There are long straights, a short, crisp incline of a maximum of 17%, a fast descent and "undulating" sections. It is also a beautiful route in terms of landscape, especially along the Isar and through the woods. There are 3 wells with Munich drinking water directly on the route (one at the start / end...

- 4.8 (2)·Hard·38.6 mi·Est. 15.5–17 hrThis is Stage 4 of the Issarrun and begins in the heart of Wolfratshausen. The route follows the Isar River through Bad Tölz and Lenggries to the Sylvenstein Reservoir. It can be run, hiked, or mountain biked.
