From Etzenricht via Oberwildenau to Luhe to Pfreimd. On to Trausnitz, past the Pfreimdtalsperre and along the lake. Then it's about 4 km. with an average gradient of 8% and a maximum of 12% uphill to the high reservoir. Back via Weinried, Tanzmühle, Preppach. Woppenhof, Schwarzberg, Matzlersberg with max. 12% gradient. On to Seibertshof and Luhe am Forst. From Oberwildenau back to the starting point in Etzenricht.
