This is the first stage of the almost 100 km long Naabtal cycle path, which leads from Luhe to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Regensburg through the Bavarian Forest and the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park. From Etzenricht via Oberwildenau to Luhe to Pfreimd. On to Trausnitz, past the Pfreimdtalsperre and along the lake. Then it's about 4 km. with an average gradient of 8% and a maximum of 12% uphill to the high reservoir. Back via Weinried, Tanzmühle, Preppach. Woppenhof, Schwarzberg, Matzlersberg with max. 12% gradient. On to Seibertshof and Luhe am Forst. From Oberwildenau back to the starting point in Etzenricht.

Wonderful bike ride in Trausnitz, Bavaria. Shore path not mobile in many places for the first 3-4 km, more for good hiking boots, but beautiful landscapes! Varied road bike tour in the Northern Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park, Bavaria. From Etzenricht you cycle via Mitterhoell, Lerau and the Rabenleite reservoir to the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park. The way back is through the valleys of the Pfreimd and the Naab. On the way you pass train stations again and again, so that the train can be taken back if necessary.
