A lovely coastal walk taking in the wonderful sandy coast of Seven Mile Beach that also incorporates the dense sand dunes found behind the beach.
This trail is void of any amenities so taking everything you'll need for a walk is recommended, water, a bite to eat and some clothing to cover your limbs and head will make for a much more enjoyable trip.

A fairly challenging walk that can be undertaken in a multitude of ways and variations depending on your fitness and the time available to you. This route take sin the Seven Miles Beach National Park and starts to weave its way through the dunes at times giving you some incredible ocean views.
Continuing on to Gerroa is a great way to end the trip and this does require multiple cars to ferry back towards the beginning.
