Stage 4 of the "Mühlenweg im Wiehengebirge" long-distance hiking trail, Lower Saxony. This is the fourth stage of the Mühlenweg in the Wiehengebirge, which leads over a distance of almost 100 km through the Osnabrücker Land, the Wiehengebirge and the Teutoburg Forest.
