Best river trails in Waldeck

The path begins in Nieder Werbe. The entrance to the Kellerwald is signposted behind the Nieder Werber See. There the path goes uphill for a while. From above you have a wonderful view of the Edersee. There is a lovingly designed refuge on the way. Past slopes with rustic old beeches and a view of the lake, the route continues over a knoll and over somewhat steeper slopes back to Nieder Werbe.
