The MTB tour starts in Elmau and leads along the Königsweg past the Wettersteinalm up to the Schachenhaus am Schachen. All in all, there are quite a few meters of altitude to overcome, so a good basic level of fitness and some experience in the mountains is a must. Great views and nice rest areas are the reward for the hard work. There are seasonal refreshment stops at the Wettersteinalm and the Schachenhaus.
