First you walk along the Hesperbach stream through shady woodland and then cross the Hammer Mark back towards the Ruhr. The "normal" permanent CTF of the Essener RG 1900 e.V. from 2017. This route is not for "just for fun". Although this "normal" version is significantly less demanding, at approx. 42 km and over 700 metres in altitude, it is more challenging than most permanent routes!!!
