Family-friendly circular route in Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia This is a short and child-friendly circular route along the Ruhr. This route starts at the Kurt Schumacher Bridge and runs along the Ruhr for the first half. It offers many beautiful views, ideal at sunset. The route passes new and old power stations that show the importance of industry in the region, especially the steel bridges. The route also passes several railway stations on the way back.

From the Ruhr bridge (P) in Steele walk to the S-Bahn station E-Steele, from there take the train to Hattingen, take the rafting boat downstream to Steele, then continue by bike. Refreshment stops: Tip: Finca Bar Celona.
