    As usual. Still very muddy in the forest, so only wide paths. At least there was no water from above today. First down into the Mümlingtal and then via the Georg-Verst-Heim up to the Dammberg and over to the Breubergblick. Then back into the Mümling valley and along the Mümling valley cycle path to Hainstadt. Here you cycle up to the historic waterworks dating back to 1901 and on to Frankfurter Straße. Now back home again. #noebike

    Cross the Geisrain through the MEDIAN Clinic up to the Confirmation Beech with its two boundary stones. Now in the direction of Kirschgarten. From here you have a beautiful view over to the Spessart. Now a descent to Wald-Amorbach and straight back up to Buchwaldsfeld. After a short stretch along Frankfurter Straße, pass the Bocksberg and descend into Kellergrund. Shortly before Heubach, up to the Tannenberg and back home via the Hirsenberg and the Schorschberg.

    In real spring temperatures, we first headed towards the MEDIAN Clinic today. We passed it above and continued along Frankfurter Straße to the Kleine Zinshecke car park. Frankfurter Straße was busier today than the Zeil in Frankfurt. Not a good idea to cycle here. Now head towards Radheimer Turm and over to Hartgrund. Now along the cycle path to Wald-Amorbach and back up to Frankfurter Straße and back to Höchst. #noebike
