First down into the Mümlingtal and then via the Georg-Verst-Heim up to the Dammberg and over to the Breubergblick. Then back into the Mümling valley and along the Mümling valley cycle path to Hainstadt. Here you cycle up to the historic waterworks dating back to 1901 and on to Frankfurter Straße. Cross the Geisrain through the MEDIAN Clinic up to the Confirmation Beech with its two boundary stones. Now in the direction of Kirschgarten. From here you have a beautiful view over to the Spessart. Now a descent to Wald-Amorbach and straight back up to Buchwaldsfeld. After a short stretch along Frankfurter Straße, pass the Bocksberg and descend into Kellergrund. Shortly before Heubach, up to the Tannenberg and back home via the Hirsenberg and the Schorschberg.
