The route leads northwards past Monrepos Palace Park on well-maintained country lanes around Asperg. Small inclines are to be expected, but are easily manageable. Start in Eglosheim at the TSV car park. Pass the Monrepossee lake in the direction of Asperg. At the open-air swimming pool, turn right and pass under the railway tracks, along the Hohenasperg and then continue along the Höhenweg to the Markgröningen clinic grounds.
