Head out on this 1.7-mile loop trail near Bad Blankenburg, Thuringia. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This trail is great for hiking, rock climbing, and via ferrata, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring.
This short loop leads past the church rock, which invites you to climb. First you meet the lower Kirchfels, then the Kirchfels. Further up the path is the view of Eberstein and a little further on the Fürstenstand. These are actually in the Schwarzatal nature reserve.
