Fürst-Pückler-Weg Etappe 2: Bad Muskau - Spremberg

Stage 2 of the Fürst-Pückler-Weg. The second day tour of the Fürst-Pückler-Weg leads through the region of the Muskau arch of folds, which, as a compression moraine from the Elster Ice Age, has been in the list of 77 national geotopes and part of the Lusatian border wall since 2006. The first notable stopover on this section of the long-distance cycle path is Kromlau with its 200 hectare rhododendron and azalea park, which has even been designated a nature reserve. Further sights are the Kromlauer Schloss and the Rakotzbrücke. It then goes over the loop to Spremberg, the “Pearl of Lusatia”, for the day.
