Varied hiking trail in the Bodetal nature reserve, Saxony-Anhalt.
The route begins at the Hexentanzplatz in Thale. From there, a very beautiful valley hike begins along the Bode on rocky ground. The descent to the valley station is very rocky and relatively steep. If necessary, the side road into the valley or the cable car (downhill) can be used. The Bodetal can also be used for the way back from Treseburg - it's much nicer than the "forest path hike" from Treseburg to Hexentanzplatz (but less views). Alternative 2: If you don't want to hike uphill, you can take the cable car from Thale to the Hexentanzplatz in reverse on the tour.
The tour can be reached by bus and train and there are places to stop for refreshments.
