Stage 3 of the “Selketal-Stieg” long-distance hiking trail, Saxony-Anhalt.
This is the third stage of the varied and beginner-friendly Selketal-Stieg, which leads over a length of around 70 km through the beautiful Harz mountain landscape between Stiege and Quedlinburg.
The starting point of the third stage is Meisdorf and the section ends in Bad Suderode. Beautiful castles, historic churches and great panoramic views over the Harz foreland characterize this hike.
There are places to stay overnight as well as restaurants. The route can be reached by bus and train.
